The Avia-Ra are a theocracy revolving around worship of the sun, but not every avia-ra sees eye to eye with this ideology. Fenuku, like many, did at one time. But while cleaning his temple something caught his eye... A glimpse into the void that would irrevocably change his life.

Now he's on the run, fearing recompense for his heretical findings. He jumped from planet to planet until the money ran out and he couldn't afford any more shuttles. He ended up on a mining world blasted by solar radiation, where the failure of the UV shield would mean death to all the folks of the one small town there.

It wasn't great, but it was far enough away from the Avia-Ra empire that he felt safe. Until that damned bounty hunter showed up...
