Species: Hybrid of that of a re-engineered sabre tooth cat/oxe/modern day tiger and the tail of sand scorpion.

BIO:in the year of 2021, the world is at the brink of war and past modern technology. human scientists have done created their warbots and highly advanced weapons, say lasers(that can cut through even diamonds) when discoveries show when experimenting with several subspecies of modern day and extinct beasts.Many hybrids were created with bio-engineering but failed to help them win the war over the world, so they combined human tech to these beats, like guns,saws, or a flamethrower(>;D) name it they have it.And yet these hybrids were not so smart in these weapon's usage and so ended up dieing quickly by the hundreds.So, they combined that of the strongest,most agile,deadliest beast that were out there and combined as well with the human mind to such a creature it would become impossible to defeat.
When such creature was made it had been named #199, but a fault was one in its design, its only weapon was a close up attack with its blade like claws.its spine was abnormal, popping out of place and creating a skin spiked back. Its upper part of the skull shows but is hard to break through even with modern guns.
another and most dangerous was its ability to reason just like a man and upon that it quickly found that it was its own being not their slave of war, and so escaped but not without killing its creators.It knew no name of which to call itself and so stole the name of his "true" creator and called himself Ross, later to escape into the abandoned cities to find the whole world was severing itself.the human creations ran rampant throughout the lands and killed each other, man and modern beast/hybrid. Now he remains a loner and searches for what he truly is....
