So been doing some work and compiling notes and this is what R.I.S.E's symbol would look like. The five smaller stars represent the colonies of Solf, Dion, Nethys, Obid, Rath with the Central Star Representing Aonis. The five worlds of the separatist Lylat colonies. The Aquilla is a Monarch Dodora basically representing their ferocity.
