An otter girl I got from TheMadCatter from, like, a year or two ago.

She would fit the Perky Goth trope perfectly as she likes some gothic fashion, but is hardly ever moody. In fact, she would likely be one of the chippiest persons you would ever meet.

This wasn't her initial fur color, but I forgotten if it was a medical condition or a bleaching accident, or something she intentionally went.

It's not rebellious so her parents aren't upset about it.
