Phoebe has a LOT of powers due to her divine heritage, among them being shapeshifting that lets her casually turn into a dude. This is exactly what he has done here, because i wanted to draw it. Phoebe doesn't mind just being called Phoebe regardless of his current form, but if a separate name is needed, Phineas. :V
Phoebe is normally female, so this won't be the standard going forward, but it was fun designing a male look for her. Sports top stays though, apparently that works for any gender. :V
