First off, thanks to
straeh-nevlow for her help.
Secondly, my apologies to those viewing who have to suffer with the wrinkles. To make a long story short: I worked on this for just under a week if memory serves (I will get to why in a moment) and realized upon finishing that my cat was trapped under my bed. In trying to save the idiodic little furball, somehow this gift work paid the price.
Thirdly, I know I owe many people artwork... But somehow I feel that I owed this to my brother. Be patient, I will get to you all.
Every time I picked up this piece, the words to a Pokemon song came to mind. (The words that are sprawled across the paper) Every time I hear that song to this day, I will get teary eyed. Every time I picked up this piece I had to draw for 10-15 minutes and put it down because I would start crying. I know what it's like to lose a beloved pet, and when my dog died just shortly after Wolfe's, he was the only person who showed even an ounce of compassion regarding her, even though my little Sugar Bear was a foolish little whelp from puppyhood until death, but it's never easy to lose a pet. It may be well overdue, but please bear in mind that I wasn't drawing at the time of her death. Rest In Peace, Honey Bear. You will be greatly missed! <3

My dog passed April 20th. (National Stoner Day, which also just so happens to be my sister's birthday.) It hurt.. But oddly and in all honesty, the part that hurt the most was the fact that no one cared. My own mother began talking of (Sugar) Bear like some piece of everyday trash... But just to clear things up a wee bit, this is an image of my brother's dog, Honey (Bear). The two weren't related, but they looked similar and both passed within months of each other.
