What we have here is a snapshot of Claire and Gina from a parallel timeline. They still have the same jobs as the ones we know. What's different is Gina is slim and athletic and Claire has a love of foods rich in calories. I have to admit that this version of Claire is such a cute little butterball of a bunny. I'm sure that both versions of Gina feel this way too. Just don't tell slim Claire about this. She would be pretty shocked.
