Just like the post says.. he needs a name. Here's the backstory on this guy.

William Percival was a head designer for the Playfair Novelty and Toy company and one day his boss pressured him to come up with a new and revolutionary toy in time for a giant trade show.

Putting in very long hours one night William was getting careless while mixing chemicals and it frizzed over spilling everywhere and getting onto an old server which started a fire and the fire ignited some flammable material and BOOM!

William died that night.. but the maniacal hyena arose like a phoenix from the ashes.. the areas around his eyes and muzzle are burnt away revealing pink flesh as he's stolen toys and invented his own new toys to terrorize the population at large
