YESSS! DO YOU SEE HOW CUTE SHE IS HERE? ;_; Blur does some amazingly adorable art, please go give him a look if you haven't yet!
It's funny, I really adored his style when I first found his page, but all he did was little kiddos. I was happy to watch and aww at the things he was making. THEN ONE DAY he makes a journal going "You guys know I'm happy to draw bigger characters too, right?" and I was ALL IN XD
Gosh I was SO excited to get this one done! He mentioned he could do sketch pages in one of his journals and I HAD to jump on the opportunity! I gave a bunch of references for styles that I liked, and Blur decided to swoop them all up and do a look of every season kind of thing!
It's amazing how quickly he works when it's time for your commission to be done, this was finished in like two days? Heck was I impressed with this outcome though! I adored it from the very start when I saw the poses, but when the outfits got added it was just so good! ;_;
I adore all of these outfits, she looks adorable in every single one of these, but the summery pink one will always be my favorite of the bunch. It has SUCH a cute and lively pose as well as a ton of colors! Look at how happy she is!! Plus hair bows are cheating when it comes to making something cute. Those socks are SUPER CUTE as well! I also don't often get Penelope dressed in skirts, and this one looks SO cute on her!
The wintery outfit looks MEGA comfy, I really love how she looks with that hood up! Her expression there always makes me laugh, I can imagine her looking at something and saying "Do you SEE this?"
The fall one is really cool! He did a Mori kind of look with her and it looks GREAT! That's an outfit she could be seen in if she's out and about on her own time! ...She doesn't dress like a child when she's out in public, at least not when she's not being paid to model something cute XD
Lastly the spring dress is such a nice look for her! I adore flowy dresses and sunhats, it's a timeless classic and looks great! Yellow is such an underrated color as well, I'm so happy it was given a spot here! It's a cute laying pose he picked for that one too! I don't often get images of her doing things other than standing...I really should get more dynamic!
All in all I was SO happy with this and I still am :D Blur has the CUTEST art and I'm always so happy whenever I can snag a spot! Definitely one of those artists that I try and commission every time I can ♥
