Their chaotic nature and overabundance of creativity combine with desire to make people happy to magically enact a form of wish-fulfilment, repairing injuries and mending broken hearts and friendships with a touch. Coupled with their Wyld nature and misunderstanding of common folk, this leads to wacky and sometimes seemingly unhelpful 'cures.' A broken arm might be made into an octopus arm(no bones!), but outside an enchanted area, this effect would wear off, leaving the injury mended.
