Since resident BBEG/PC Cutter has a pony version of himself, I decided to draw a pony version of Neira, our favorite disaster NPC. She makes an ADORABLE pony. I've been told TOO adorable. I gave her pigtails, because no one could stop me. Her cutie mark was 's idea. Irises are fairly hard to make bloom, which suits Neira perfect. Additionally, the Cutter family is from a county named Iris in the D&D 'verse, so it's a fun connection to canon.
