You know, sometimes I have ridiculous situations which mostly happening on Twitter (and sometimes on FA too, but very rarely).
In past I uploaded all my stuff on one account and every time when I uploaded SFW I lose followers. Sometimes only one, sometimes even three. Of course it could be Twitter bugs, but number of followers never back to previous even after a week. I know that 90-95% of people following me only because of inflation and they don't care what I draw (to be honest I think that I'm only another one source of fetish pictures for them, not an artist and even not living human), so I guess that's the reason why they unfollowed me every time: they didn't want to see SFW in their feed.
But I drew this doodle today. Because same shit happening with my SFW account now too. And where I upload only SFW drawings, there was no any lewd ot fetish stuff.

I didn't mean commissions. And I'd don't say that inflation stuff is adult stuff (damn, I even saw this in animated TV shows in childhood a lot of times).
And the funniest thing, that I'm (surprise), even not "another one inflation artist", I even drew not so much of this stuff at last three years, less than 20% of my drawings total. XDD I'm SFW artist (you'll even never see genitals on my nude drawings except maybe 2-3 or them, even I don't remember this, because this happening very rarely). But people watching/following me only because of this.
But I'm more interested why the same crap happening with SFW account where people followed me only because... Of SFW, right? :D
(I can guess the only reason: my art is shit and people which started to unfollow me after every new drawing suddenly realized this)
P.S. Following your logic, artist's style doesn't matter. But it seems this is true in my case.

The most ridiculous thing that I'm already 15 years in furry community and all these years I'm drawing very active. But before 2019 I never had more than <300 watchers (only on DA account, my previous two FA accounts were not so "successful"), and people were not so interested in my art. In 2019 I started to draw and upload inflation more often (in past I uploaded this stuff only few times, because I didn't want that my watchers will think that I'm strange and I still have a lot of old sketches, which I never uploaded, because of this), and my account on DA finally started to grow, same happened with current FA account since I created it. But... Nothing changed: people still not interested in my art, now they coming only because of inflation stuff. That's why it's true.
And to be honest I really think that most of inflation lovers really don't care who is artist. I checking accounts of new watchers, but sometimes there is no content, so I looking at their faves. And hundred of times I saw the same thing: they can fave really awesome artwork and ugly doodle, which looks like someone spend 5-10 minutes in MS Paint, at the same time. And no, person which drew this doodle isn't popular or something like that: they just set "inflation" tag there. -__-
