A quick Keyblade I did, just playing around with size, most of the ones I tend to do are bulky so I made this lightweight sucker.

Very cool, it is slim in design but still manages to be very intricate. Seems like a magical endowed keyblade then a full on atacking one. Guessing it would be more for Aqua from Birth By Sleep. Like the colors and the design gives it a very nice feel and the length is also very nicely done.
I know, Bith by Sleep is my favorite game for keyblades as all the keyblades seemed to be geared toward the three characters which was definitely interesting given their unique fighting style.
The only thing that would have made it better is if say for Aqua, you actually had a keyblade made for attacking over magic. Given her stats that would have been an interesting challenge to try and beat the game with that keyblade.
Same for Terra, give him one that is mostly magic over attack. (Haven't played as Ventus yet so can't comment)
I will say that Kingdom Hearts is pretty generic in the keyblades, as you said they all seem to be mostly for attacking. I'm hoping for number three that they implement a ider variety of keyblades for different play styles and it doesn't just turn into a strength bash which is what made KH2 so easy to beat for me.
