Here is my notes on this card:
The Knight of Cups. Cups is the suit of emotions, love, healing, and creativity. It's a suit with the nurturing properties of water in mind, as well as a reminder that love and emotion are necessary and unavoidable if you want to survive and thrive. The knight of cups is here to fight for love, in the many forms that may take. Queering the Tarot by Cassandra Snow lists these examples: "...the artist who applies for twenty-five grants to fund a project they really believe in... the partner who messes up but will do absolutely anything to make it up to you... the best friend who will not let you forget your place in each others lives." It is also a card about growing and learning about yourself, finding what you want and living up to this. It is a card telling you the fight to be who you are is more than worth it, and you are capable of taking it on.
