I checked the story and it kind of is. The guy in the pic used to work out and got addicted to a work out drink that made him fat. When his friends found him at 600+ pounds unable to move they put him in the back of a truck and at home did nothing but humiliate him and feed him. His memories of working out were gone and his friends made an only fans where they humiliated him on camera and stuffed him for cash.
He ends up submitting to it so I guess he gives consent but thats because his mind is pretty much broken and he never speaks again. In the end here he is just hooked to a 24/7 feeding tube for the camera and the liquid leaking from his belly button are only fans who come over and fuck his belly.
Maybe but it is a fetish story I dont think realistic stuff like that was an intention. It is meant to be that a guy who works out fat shames his room mate. Guy who works out gets fat. He is humiliated for it and they make him fatter which turns him on and they make money off it.
