I'm not sure! It was repayment for a restaurant meal for Rio and herself. It was meant to be a badge, but it was delayed by a year, and she decided to work on it more because she liked the character.
The piece ended up larger than letter size, and she spent a lot of time on it, so I imagine something equivalent might not be that cheap. Of course, you could get a badge, which would cost less because they tend to take much less time. Doesn't hurt to ask about prices.

The actual name of this picture is "My Favorite Norn," since my favorite norn happens to be the only one I know..
As for prices, I would charge around 40-60, depending on the size and detail. I'm always open for negotiation as well.
