This simpler style is really a lifesaver when I feel artblocked. It comes easily and helps me not to focus too much on accuracy and anatomy when drawing, and more on shapes.
It's also a good practice to find a style I'm most comfortable with. I've not really been happy with my style these past months and I'm still searching where I want to go, so every step is a good thing !
