A concept bust of my newest Pokémon Oc, Elley, who is a fan daughter between the characters Nanu and Grimsley from the same franchise! Likewise, a lot of her design aspects take inspiration from the pair, but I made sure to make her capable of standing on her own as an original character too. ♡
