3 days ago was November the 20th. And i bet some of you have already guessed what day it was. If not. November the 20th is the international transgender remembrance day. So i thought i put up a picture to pay my respects to those who have lost their lives because of hatred and bigotry towards these innocent people who are being themselves. It really saddens me to see that there is still homophobia, racism, and bigotry around in our time. Even in the year 2010. :(. I really hope that someday people will learn to be more open minded and not be so judgemental or hostile towards GLBT (gay,lesbian,bi-sexual,transgender) people who are just being themselves and just want society to accept them for the fact that they are innocent and human beings who have the right to love each other as much as straight people do. Anyway, I took this picture in the early hours of the 20th of november. Putting 3 candles out since i thought that transgender is a 3rd sex. I thought placing the flower in the middle might make it look nice. To those transgender and transexual people out there. This for all of you. And i love you all. And to those who are not here with us today who have died in the past years. You will be remembered and we will not forget you x.
