Veran ( miniwigi) is a master of hypnosis, and also a huge damn tease. Lucas, while being a Mewtwo, is not big on hypnosis, and thus doesn't have much resistance to it either. So he got hypnotized to make his way into the cute blue Mew's belly (let's be honest Lucas would have went in there anyway.)
