I have a headcanon/fanfiction going for Fallout where my fursona and his descendants are the protagonists following the west coast plotline.
Total spoilers ahead of Fallout 1, 2, and New California, you've been warned.
The Vault Dweller, was born in the vault to a tiger mother and cougar father, left the vault in 2161 to save it. During his adventure his face was injured in the Boneyard while fighting a pack of deathclaws. Following the death of the Master, after the Overseer refused him entry back into the vault, he ran a genocide campaign against Super Mutants, Deathclaws, and all other monstrosities he came across in the wasteland for many years, before finally settling down with his followers from Vault 13, and some some locals and rescued slaves. He married the Fallout iteration of my OC "Shard" the cougress, who's offspring mated with a white tiger, making Roxx the "White Touger".
The Chosen One, Roxx, a blonde White Touger was sent out to save her tribe in 2241. In her journey, she used her aggressive stature to become the top fighter in New Reno, alongside a daring porn career through Golden Globes. This was followed with more fights in San Francisco and more 'sexcapades' across New Reno, Broken Hills, allegedly engaging with Super Mutants and Goris, and possibly even impregnating Mrs. Bishop through rumored hermaphroditic mutations. After helping expand the NCR and defeating the Enclave, she took a large part in founding the city-state of Arroyo. She is currently their leader, and uses her fame and allure to maintain its power and sovereignty.
The Star Player, later to be dubbed Courier Six, grew up in Vault 18. He was "born" to one of the tribes that was made of descendants of those who left the vault. Upon being forced to leave his vault in 2260, in his excessively violent journey after his vault was destroyed, he learned that he was a clone of the Vault Dweller, that'd been hybridized with a recently made strain of FEV through Project Brazil. Having been told he had an "Old Soul" by his mentor, Dr. Rossman, upon later learning of his true nature, he took this as a sign that he was truly the original Vault Dweller himself, cast from the afterlife, alive and mortal on earth once again, destined to walk the wasteland. The Star Player avoided being enslaved by the survivalists, and was drafted into the NCR's forward army at Union City. In these events he fought and destroyed the mutants that had created him, never finding out who his true parents really were or what the mutants did to them in their experiments. After toppling the enclave and sending the nukes to all known bases of theirs, he was disgusted with the nature of the NCR, raiders, and tribals. He headed east to Hopeville to start a community, where he accidentally triggered a massive number of nuclear detonations that destroyed it and nearly himself in the process. Following this, needing another start, he became a courier, and was shot in the head twice by Benny. Once again, he set out on another journey, with more violence and revenge on its way, and a full set of cards in hand to deal in the fate of New Vegas.
I'd like to think that some time after the events of New Vegas, which ever faction comes out on top (likely House or Yes Man), the Courier goes to see his "granddaughter", the leader of Arroyo. It would be a shock for her to meet the ancestor she'd idolized (and went back in time through a mysterious stone to destroy the water chip of). Though not completely the same person, the similarity, and 'familial bonds' would certainly play an impact not only between their relations, but between that of New Vegas and Arroyo.
Just as well, the courier would've come across Sequia (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48011397/) as a 'very close' companion, and more than just some 'fun' with her, but resolving her companion quests as well; including trashing the Ultra Luxe swimming pool room in a way involving lots of public indecency, more than a few smuggled in plasma grenades, and finding out the hard way if Night Stalkers give live birth or have to sit on their eggs. Besides helping her come to terms with her tribal past and identity clashing with her conscription with the NCR, and her helping her deal with being discovered alive, there'd probably also be some plot where you have to do a huge fetch quest and bribe to keep her from being punished for going AWOL.
