@LietMawJudy's universe glitched and everyone's heads mutated creating more of themselves! She is the only one aware of the changes but she is trapped as the third brain, the one that has no mouth, unfortunately.
She can only yell to her other brains for help, but they quickly grew annoyed and searched for a way to make her cooperate: the mind reset pills. The pills make her behave like normal for that new universe but the effects are not permanent. Every now and then the effects wear off and she is back to square one, realizing that everything is wrong, annoying the other brains and making the pill process start all over again, forever!
Just a bit more info about how her heads work... she is 3 judies in one body, but they can always hear the other's thoughts.
The one on top would normally focus on just thinking and analyzing with the eyes.
The one in the middle works as you would expect a normal head to, with normal brain use.
The one below focuses more on talking or eating while the other mouth does its thing (or viceversa), it could also focus on thought like the one on top but it can't see stuff.

Ya know it's good when I have to come back and take another look at it.
It's very freaky, having to comprehend all three minds with different abilities and yet all three of them are in a room able to talk to each other.
I don't mind if this is a one off, but I also wouldn't mind if this was explored further in different scenarios!

They would try to explain at first. Then they would get annoyed their "thinking head" doesn't want to behave so they decide to use the pills! As I said in the post, the pills make her forget everything and behave like she should in that new universe for some time but then when it wears off... she realizes her situation "for the first time" all over again! Eventually the heads wouldn't even bother explaining and would just take the pills
Well I got one Idea the Top Judy Head has Finally fully adjusted to the new world only for it to have glitched again giving her and everyone else tentacle legs multiple arms a Massive dick ( for the men it's a big ol puffy Vagina) Four big breasts with mouth nipples a Big Paunchy Belly (Not Pregnant just fat) oh and shes also part tree
well I imagine her tentacles double as roots and she doesn't have hands her arms are also branches but her leaves in addition to allowing her to photosynthesize and breathe both oxygen and carbon dioxide serve as essentially hundreds of tiny but very dexterous fingers to compensate Also she can produce flowers that can produce fruit but they are sterile so the seeds can't planted to make like more judy plants for example.
