This was a quick little wing-it from Boo! She occasionally opens wing-it slots and I ALWAYS am down for people playing some dress-up! I offered some of my favorite themes to her, but just by name alone, no references. She came back to me later with this adorable piece!

She says it was inspired by Korean kids wear, saying she spent some time studying Korean kid fashion. I have to laugh since she went on to say "and holy hell, there are so many cute kid outfits." XD Boo, you're telling me! I'm always complaining about how spoiled kids are with clothing choices, most of them don't even appreciate it! Hmph!

The colors for this one are just perfect. These are some of Penelope's favorite colors and they look GREAT on her! I really adore that this is strawberry print, but not in your typical "bright red strawberry" style that happens so often. Nothing wrong with some cute strawbs, but the silhouette of them in a monochrome style is pretty cool!

I love that she titled this one on her Twitter (https://twitter.com/boodraws/status.....87860508827650) "The return of kawaii." She was saying she just doesn't get to do many cute pieces and that made me feel so sad! I'm glad she had fun doing this one however ♥
