Saphyra is a Sylthian who grew up adopted by halfling parents during the war of exodus hundreds of years ago. She's responsible for many refugees getting to safety despite the aggressors in the war being her own kind. Due to her healing abilities, she's become a bit of a myth to those refugees and family members of those refugees, known as "The Spirit Mother."

She's lived a long time, seen many things, and has lived as many things from a healer to a mystic consort.
