Hikari
Okami Hikari, the white wolf girl in the picture, is the miko*1 of Okami Jinja*2.
She is the host which Amaterasu*3's soul is in.
She is Faia http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/49287783 's classmate, who is always smiling but she's super-slow-responsive so always "walk into the mist" then make stupid mistakes.

Anima Dispeler
Hikari wear two big burning sleeves. These are the Anima Dispeler to dispel her superfluous psychical energy. It's the fate that there must be a miko from Okami family to carry the soul of Amaterasu, to protect the Gast Island*4. Hikari is the chosen one of this generation. If she doesn't wear these sleeves, she will lose her control of power because it's too strong.
