Well, in my experience villains are always one of two extremes: either eye-gougingly hideous, or heart-breakingly beautiful. I personally prefer the latter.

Ah, good!
A villain needs to be bad, but when they're too evil, I just can't get into the story for wanting the villain to die painfully.

actualy the only think that he want is make a better world for the people that born with red eyes(since they are discriminated for born like that cuz they can control dark power and learn magic really fast) even is a good intentions he is doing it in a bad way.
