Drawn for PMD day...? Took 5.5 hours or so.
The Guild Shu is part of specializes in search and rescue. It's common for at least 1 member of each team unit to be able to learn Flash or have some skill that can light up dark places, so I took the 'Raichu can glow in the dark' aspect and applied it in the practical sense here.
