Most up-to-date ref of Ceejay when he's all balloony, which is more often than not! He might wear clothes with this outfit, but he has elastic bands to shape himself into the way he wants to be blown up, and he's got a null bulge with print on it. His feet, if not in the shoes, could end up rather overinflated as well.
