The new head I'm making is the right size and close to the right shape now. Do you see the white thing I'm holding underneath it? That's part of a big piece of upholstery foam. That's how I'm going to put a smooth puffy surface on this hard uneven plastic! (By the way, this picture is edited in a way that I don't usually do, because there was too much light coming in through the big holes.)
