Malenia the Severed, Malenia, Blade of Miquella and Malenia, Goddess of Rot. A warrior that lived beyond the fog, in the Lands Between. A warrior that dedicated herself in helping and protecting her twin brother Miquella so they can give the people in the lands between shelter and sanctuary from the Golden Order. She lived a good life until she was slain by a warrior who best her in battle... however in my avatar's storyline she lives on beyond her home.

Lore: Across the fog, in the Lands Between, the boy who becomes known as "The Erazor" fled his universe before the planets core erupted and his homeworld gets destroyed. Upon his flee to the unknown he ends up in the Lands Between during the era before the "Shattering". There he wa s captured by the golden order and brought before Queen Marika The Eternal and The Elden Lord Godfrey.

He remain a prisoner to the golden order due to him being an outsider that came beyond the fog. Over time he was set free and lived for a time in the capital of the golden order. As time pass he met the other Lords of the Golden order, meeting with Radagon and most of all meeting his future mentor Malenia The Severed.

Under her wind Malenia become the first mentor to "The Erazor" and taught him the skill of wielding a blade. It was a few more years later that Alter Ego appears in the Lands Between to spread his influence by corrupting the Elden Ring.

This is was the moment that The Erazor and Alter Ego fought for the first time, but the boy was overwhelmed by Alter Ego and gets defeated. Only by the Greater Will bestow the boy temporarly the Elden Ring so he can defeat this "Plague" that arrive to this realm, causing it to flee back to where he came from.

Knowing that he can't do anything while he remain in the Lands Between the boy that cresent himself as "The Erazor" decides to leave the Lands Between to hunt Alter Ego down and defeat it once and for all.

He would later return to the Lands, but due to him traveling to multiple universe across the vast multiverse, he returns to one of the universes when the Shattering occured. He went to seek Malenia for guidance, however he discover from one of the Haligtree Knight that she is resting at the roots of the Haligtree.

He arrives to the sight, only to find her in her Goddess of Rot form facing of against a Tarnished. In the end she fell in battle and she met her match, but before her life was snuffed out, the boy uses one of his abilities that he learn throught his travels in the multiverse to stop time, to grab Malenia and to teleport them out to his pocket dimension, to a structure that he created called "The Nexus".

There she was resuscitated back to life and much of her rot cure from her body. The boy explain his reason for doing it, but he feels that he can't do it alone without her guidance. At first she refuces his offer to stay and help, but the boy explains that he went to bring Miquella and placed him in one of his private rooms in the Nexus.

The boy promise her that he will cure her from her rot, to help her twin brother in making a better future in the Lands Between and that he will stop Alter Ego for ever returning back to the Lands. So Malenia thought for a moment and decide that she will help him in whatever she can, thus granted her new title of Blade Master and to assist him in mission in traveling the multiverse to stop Alter Ego before he can corrupt everything into Chaos and Despair.
