Better than attempting to deliver it in person and taking them on an aircraft.
Seems like there would be a decent chance of the luggage getting misplaced, shipped somewhere random, and eventually wind up in some unclaimed baggage store.
But depending on the value of what they were transformed into, might be able to get a couple hundred for the inconvenience.
