Here is a redesign for Dime and Nickle, along with an introduction to their line of business that they use as a front. Nickle does indeed wear clothes when not shapeshifting and Dime has got something of a haircut that he usually hides under a top hat when at the counter. You would think that would be suspicious, but everyone who lives in the Dreamlands have to regularly take prescription hallucinatory drugs to avoid getting sent back to the original world, so seeing people act a little weird isn't uncommon.
