Yesterday I visited the ancient westgerman city of Trier.
The basilica of Constantine, a late roman building build between 300 and 310 AD as audience hall of emperor Constantine. Trier was at that time a residence of the roman emperors and co-capital of the roman empire. Today this building is used as a german-lutheran church.
