I've wanted to write a ragtime piece for ages but never made it sound good, or too much like a march, or just plain not fun. Finally, I got my butt into gear to finesse a piece I'd sort of binned off, but made it sound much better. To my ears, anyway. It could easily be a western frontier honkytonk piano saloon-style piece, I reckon!

Yay! It's so good to hear your music again. Just the other day I heard a piece of music (not yours) that reminded me of your music, and that got me wondering how you've been and what you're up to. I hope you're doing well, foxy. Thanks for sharing your music with us! And nice use of a saloon piano for this one. It goes very well with the melody.
