Little late for boob day, but that's not a problem. Every day is boob day. Not exactly sure what the spell was originally supposed to do, but judging by Petra's reaction, utterly enormous boobs weren't in the plan. And now she can't reach the spell book to find and cast something to reverse this. Just her luck.
Bit more story for the character: Petra is a novice mage. She's still in university/college to improve. While she has some latent powers, she needs a spell book to serve as a conduit for the magic.
