Excellent job on the cloth drapery, the pose, and the candle lighting. The only things I'm a little critical of here is that his 'fluff' looks a little cartoonish in contrast to the background, IMHO it would've worked well to do more detailed hairs than the giga-clump look, and the candle flames, while they are very effective, might have been faded to transparency near the tips. Now, if I put my head in a 'it's a cartoony piece with a few realism elements added' both the above work better than if I view it from the opposite perspective (realism piece with a semi-cartoony figure).

I love this piece because the picture has a definite flavor to it, a romantic spice you can almost taste when you look at it. The name "Casanova" combined with the deep reds and the flames makes me think of aristocratic Spain around the 18th or 19th centuries, with soft flamenco guitar in the background.
It's a very romantic piece with a deep touch of sensuality which is subtle, so it can be erotic but not necessarily. On a side note, this image makes an excellent computer background.
