The sound of laughter filled the park, occasionally punctuated by the fleeing screams of normies.
“There’s a MONSTER in the park!”
They would later tell their friends. They weren’t quite wrong, either; A Digimon and his new partner were making no attempt to hide their presence in the big, grass open area. Frisbee had come to an abrupt halt, when Guilmon had mistaken it for target practice. A playful game of tag had wrecked much of the turf, thanks to a pair of big raptor paws and their clumsy owner! For awhile, it seemed like wrestling was the best match - until Guilmon figured out the rules and used his mighty bulk to pin the hare, again and again!
“Hahahah! Alright, ya big doofus! Up-up!”
Guilmon giggled and swayed his tail back and forth, utilizing both of his brain cells at full power before finally shaking his head. “Nope! Haremon is pinned, which means Guilmon is winner!”
“Oof! Ya sure are, this match, at least! But if ya keep me here, we can’t play another game. Or…. have a picnic!”
“Picnic…?”
“Yeah! I brought us all kinds of food and veggies and cakes…”
“And bread!?” the dinosaur’s eyes went wide, clapping his paws together hopefully.
“Hahahaha! Oh yeah! And bread.”
Guilmon leapt up off his tamer, clapping and dancing around merrily! As Sirocco sat up, he couldn’t help but adore him. It was like taking care of an overgrown, fire-breathing puppy!
The hare got to his feet, brushing the grass from his fur and grabbing his Digivice to check their status. It felt like it had been vibrating, for some reason…
“Heeee!! Haremon is Guilmon’s BEST friend!”
“Oof!!” Sirocco wasn’t been expecting it, and wobbles unsteadily as the enormous dino pounces him. “Hahah! You’re my best friend too, Guilmon!”

“Wait, wha-HUH!?!”
