Tails are kinda easy, they can be sewn in an upright position to the back of the hoodie. Only with spikes as well, that'd be hard to pull off without looking strange... I'd guess it'd be one or the other like that. Other than that, the tails can go on the back of the hoodie on the bottom, that way you could have both. :3
