I can see Loona being good moral support for when things go bad between Octavia and Stolas.

Or when she needs someone to commiserate with on how infuriating fathers can be sometimes.

This friendship almost feels like an inevitability, considering their respective fathers' relationship (and the frequently insufferable doting of same). I could also see Octavia being friends, or at least acquaintances, with Charlie Morningstar -- their styles aren't really similar enough to peg them as close friends, but they're both royalty, so chances are they know each other to some extent (and while it's not exactly meant for born-and-raised residents of Hell, there's few places better for Octavia to go to get away from the rapidly-deteriorating situation at home than the Hazbin Hotel).

From the moment they were both introduced, I had a strong feeling these two would end up besties ^^

I think it would make sense they would hang out they do seem to be two sides of the same coin maybe even kindred spirits
