Radriu was known as perhaps the fastest Pokémon of her time, and was said to "travel with the storms." Most Pokémon, however, did not know precisely how literal that was. Her powers amplified by the bracelets, she had a unique ability to teleport anywhere on Earth through lightning strikes, provided that there was a thunderstorm for her to use. Not a problem for a Jolteon that had the power to summon storms too, though it did make this ability unusable if not outside.
