actually, this might be a dumb question to ask, but correct me if i'm wrong.

So the rings are the hammerspace caps like in the last picture, right? and she has caps that those arms come out of, but she has full control of the arms, too. Is that about right?

Rylef Smenti's pronouns are they/it.

Rylefs can steal arms and legs. They could technically take more, like they used their rings on their head and hands. But the act of taking those limbs makes the limbs theirs.

But like, rings of legs are less interesting to them, so they're just wearing arms like trophies.

So if they took someone’s head, they now own and control that head? Like they can be two headed or swap heads? Either way, that’s pretty wild :)
So what happens to the original owner. Are they just a headless person wandering around trying to get the cap off?

sounds pretty wild. so they can steal and control arms, legs, hands, and also heads, but also the bodies that belonged to the heads? i hope we get to see more of their powers in action. :) like talking with multi heads or showing off more of their trophies. you did a awesome job!

no i went back on taking bodies. it's just limbs. the body still belongs to itself.

Oh, actually, one last question that came to mind. can the people who had their limbs stolen by Rylef still feel those limbs? Like can they feel things those stolen arms touch or when they move?

I would say no. the sensation of having a limb stolen is just that it's not there. No feeling. no sensation of being moved. any pains that were previously happening on the limb are taken along with it. For heads this just mostly hard means like, no sight, smell, hearing or taste. Which, extreme, and not really something that Rylefs is interested in teasing? Listening to people whine, and looking at their expressions is fun.

Rylefs is interested in the like, ways people respond to not having any arms or legs, and the ways that limits their ability to do things. In making people helpless. It's into someone not having arms and legs, not someone getting touched and not being able to know what's going on.

rylefs probably won't show up a bunch as a limb thief? rylefs is a thief of space. they'll take up any role that's needed to take up space in wing-its.

also it's "rylefs". the s is part of their name
