Background: Cheetor was the first-born son to a former soldier turned farmer and cleric turned housewife, and later became an older sibling to a pair of girls… from his mother and their housemaid who was a longtime-flame of his father (of which didn’t matter as it was alright to have a polygamy relationship or marriage). It was from their father he learned of the city of treasures, El-Dora, from his book. But he also learned the stories of Ancient Ones and their greatest accomplishment: Technology. Cheetor was then full of wonder as he heard of buildings made of steel, flying ships, and metal people doing the bidding of the Ancients. His dad also spent his time fighting Xenos, the demonic critters of New Eden, and learned a thing or two to fight. Though sadly, it seemed that he didn’t develop speed, as most Cheetah Cat people did.
One day, something happened that changed the course of Cheetor’s life. When his father was harvesting and took a break to pinic with his family, a twister was fast approaching. His mother and Maid and little sisters made it to the shelter, but a large tree barred Cheetor and his dad. He managed to get his son over and told them to keep running, no matter what. They made it in time to watch as the twister swept his father away… to his death. When he saw that, something inside Cheetor awoke, as he suddenly bolted out of there, with a stream of yellow electrical energy, sped like lightning, maybe even faster to try and save his father. He ran up even on the twister, as he grabbed his father, managing to throw him in to a tree, and speeding the other way, able to dispel the twister and stop it fully. Everyone was just as shocked to see a seven-year-old kid running that fast. Though he couldn’t stop running and as a result, caused a lot of havoc. Just simply trying to walk set off his speed.
It wasn’t until the Head Cleric, Jarga, hearing news of this new speedster cheetah, and came over to help him. He managed to help surpress his abilities with a special armband absorbing and blocking whatever it was that made him so fast. Jarga talked to his parents stating the boy was indeed gifted, but also this gift could cause others to try and find him. Even use him as a weapon. It was no longer safe for them to live outside the walls. But his parents stated that they couldn’t go back, and Jarga offered to take him to train as a Cleric, but his mother said he was too young to simply give up on his life. That night, while everyone was sleeping, Cheetor packed up and left to find Jagra in the city, not wanting to be a burden or a curse to his family, running away to the city of Feldera, the City of the Cats, hoping to find a way to control this odd power.
But once there at the city, there were only deaf ears to his pleas for spare change and food. But after a week of looking on his own, he found the Castle. That’s where he met the Princess of the city, Lia, and her brother, Tygrus, a prince of Feldera and adopted son of the King, who was a guard in his youth. When he asked the two were he could find the Clerics for training, she led him to them and wished him luck, hoping to see him again, making Cheetor blush. Jagra was surprised to see the boy and opted to watch him train. Though he failed the initiation test due to Jarga’s student Cheetal, who said he had no speed whatsoever. He was about to pull off the band, but stopped, realizing this was a test. Realizing he couldn’t keep up with them, or had the patience necessary to wield the speed, he left to go find another way to master it.
He bumped into a man who dropped his coin purse, and he considered stealing it, but realized it wouldn’t be right. However, when he tried to return it, the man immediately accused him of being a thief, calling out the guards and making him run and hide, even with the guards about to catch him. However, he was saved at the last second by a street urchin named Cattlya, a Persian cat girl his age. She offered him a place to stay, and a gang of thieves to survive on the streets. Desperate, he eventually dediced he’d do whatever it took to survive, and began stealing to survive.
Though when he was older, he got a decent job as a currier, without having to run, but developing parkour skills. He used half the money to earn food, and half for a certain hobby for himself. During his time, he’d often visit the slums of Feldera in secret to obtain old artifacts of so-called Technology. Though as he journeyed back and forth in the slums, he grew increasingly concerned about the inequality and mistreatment of other animal beings living in the slums.
When some thugs were bullying a humanoid Dog and saw him staring, they told him to pay up. He refused and instead fought them until Lia, who had disguised herself to observe her kingdom in secret, arrived and halted the fight, but was overjoyed to see Cheetor as she ran over and hugged him… which irked Cattlya from afar who followed him to make sure he was alright. She wondered why he was in the slums, and when the thugs found out she was the Princess, they scattered. The two, then three when Cattlya popped up, then traveled to a nearby shop that held technology, which Cheetor was interested in. He expressed his hopes and dreams of technology to become one with the people, and his fondest dream to pilot one of those metallic air ships. Lia called him "different" because of his actions. The princess then left to go back home, but then the thugs found the two and once again ganged up to beat them, only for Cheetor to get struck in the head, and had a strange vision of him with his Speed, other Beast People with him, and two glowing red eyes of Evil.
He woke up back home with Cattlya keeping an eye on him, as the two were a bit better and would make preparations when he was told that General Grune had returned, and would soon celebrate. During the events, Cheetor encounters a bunch of captured lizardmen, questioning them at why they attacked his people, in which he realized the years of persecution that Feldera had enforced upon the lizards survival. And oddly enough, one of the lizardmen, who was blind, began to speak of a prophecy of an ancient Evil that wiped out the Ancients, and that a band of heroes of different beast people would be the ones to save them, even saying that they would have unbelievable yet chaotic powers that would rival the evil.
However, cats began to throw rocks and threaten to kill the lizards, until Cheetor did the one thing in his life worth being seen: standing up for other species and defying the cats. Even when the King showed up and was ordered to back away, Cheetor’s resolve was shown when he released the lizards, even when he was called a traitor, until he stated the Cats were hypocrites ‘You speak of Justice but you’re cruel to those who aren’t cats’. This caused the citizens to attack him, and gang up on him, even when the guard tried to quell the fight. It only pushed him when Cattlya was hurt, that he finally broke the band on his arm, and unleashed what Jagra called Chaos Speed. His burst of power and speed pushed everyone away in a blastwave as he sped around, got the Lizards out, grabbed Cattlya, and ran out of there in a massive power blastwave that stretched all across New Eden. Even going as far as to reach the Ancient City of Xybertropolis… awakening a long dormant evil when it sensed the power signal.
Soon after, Feldera was attacked by an unknown force, as the King believed the traitor Cheetor had called this enemy (unintentionally). However, as they went into battle, King and son Tygrus, these enemies were equipped with a vast amount of weapons and technology, much to their and Cheetor’s horror. It got even worse when Cheetor and Cattlya saw that the Technology in the Slums in the dump was activating in the form of drones that attacked from within the city. It was soon discovered that Grune chose to side with this superior force. Cheetor managed to rush to aide them, in taking down a few drones, even when he couldn’t control it. Though it took a drone that had the princess held hostage to make him stop, as another drone showed up to collar him to prevent him from powering up. It was then that one of the drones, grabbing the King’s cape, stated it was known as HARDAC (Holographic Artificial Resirpocating Digital Analytics Computer): the one who deemed the Ancients too destructive and wiped them all out and destroyed all of Feldera, enslaving its people for purposes for who knows what.
Upon imprisoned with Lia, he admitted in the slums, he got a vision of something like this happening, in which Tygrus expressed his consent on why someone like him only brought ruin. However, it seemed that his kindness and loyalty brought Cattlya, who had managed to sneak in with one of the Lizards, a chameleon ninja assassin named Genji. With them escaped, they manage to save the King and Jagra, with HARDAC cracking the floor with well-placed explosives, sending Cheetor, Cattlya, and Genji below the ground, and in a hidden ruins, while the Royal Family, except for the princess, believing them dead as they escaped.
With the city fallen, Cheetor and the two undergo a quest to find others like Cheetor, master his abilities, and take the fight to the Technological fortress city of Xybertropolis and HARDAC’s plan to wipe out all non-technological life on New Eden.
Personality: Although cunning and skilled in combat, Cheetor can be a bit cocky. He is the only one at the beginning to believe that technology exists. Cheetor will immediately step up to defend anyone in need, regardless of their species, proclaiming, "No one deserves to be treated like that". His compassion won the help of one of the Lizards while he and others were being held prisoner. This trait was also what caused Princess Lia to think of him as different since no one else would do what he did. But even he knows when to show compassion and to show hardened resolve.
In the beginning, Cheetor tended to be a sort of ladies man, first when trying to sound mature when meeting Lia the first time in years, seeing her as a woman. But later on, he opens more to Cattlya, realizing their feelings to one another, and becoming a couple.
Cheetor, at the start of the story, showed some resentment towards others like Tygrus as nobody would admit there’s more to the world or that due to his Tiger heritage, he can never be proven wrong; this develops into a one-sided rivalry (though Tygrus is the only one that started the rivalry and insists on it). His beliefs, however, put him at odds with his people, who had a very different ideology concerning how to lead their people, and about technology, including on their beliefs on Strength and Pride, when in doubt it starts to cause betrayal among them (Grune, Pumira, and Tabis).
Later on, it’s shown that Cheetor is a thrill-seeker who has a passion for enjoying life, he loves running fast and free, which much of his early childhood was spent doing before his powers were sealed.
Cheetor usually keeps a laid-back and easygoing demeanor. Owning to his lively spirit, Cheetor is happy about going on adventures and is always very enthusiastic about trying new things and ready to see new places. Because he is so adventurous however, being constrained can often make him impatient and uneasy, which, at one time made him unable to resist the temptation to visit the Piston Pitt.
While no stranger to worry, Cheetor is usually fearless and cool under pressure when pushed against the wall, although he can be a bit impatient in serious situations. As such, he is ready to talk back at intimidating thugs and would usually banter with HARDAC during their violent encounters. This confidence in the face of dangers has given Cheetor a mischievous sense of humor; he enjoys toying with his opposition, whether it is by verbally teasing or taunting his foes, or by playing pranks or overwhelming them using his super speed.
Cheetor always tries to be positive, even when he does not want to be, and thinks he can get out of nearly any problem with his powers. Despite this state of mind giving him a cocky attitude, a high opinion about himself, and prompting him to crack jokes in even the worst of situations though, Cheetor's ego is not to be confused with pride or arrogance, as Cheetor does not see himself as more important than others. In fact, Cheetor is very benevolent and shows a lot of friendliness towards most living things he comes in contact with; after saving a turtle from becoming road kill, Cheetor took for a ride so it could experience being fast for a change, although he accidentally traumatized it in the process. Cheetor similarly puts others before himself, refusing to put others in danger because of himself, and will risk his life to save innocent people, friends, or even animals. Even when it comes to his enemies, Cheetor is willing to rescue them when they face an otherwise unfortunate fate or injury. Though this side has a tendency to get overridden if a wrong is severely unforgivable.
After living in self-imposed exile due to his past and powers, Cheetor became low on self-esteem and aside from Cattlya, became extremely lonely and longed to make connections with real friends, with one of the things on his bucket list being to make a real friend/s. Fortunately, he eventually found a connection in Cattlya, and by extension, others like himself who weren’t cats. Due to his loneliness, Cheetor had also developed a habit of talking to himself or inanimate objects when he has no one else to talk to, which is difficult doe to his talkative nature, or when he feels alone, which at times Cattlya notes on as she remembered he had a 1-hour discussion with a sac of flour, a pot, ceramic statue, and a stuffed teddy bear on whether or not who would win in a fight: A Tiger or a Hyena.
Cheetor is highly protective of his powers. After causing so much distraction and the fact that they could warrant the wrong kind of attention, a traumatized and worried Cheetor was willing to spend years running away and living in hiding, much to his own frustration and sadness, so that no one would discover him and try to steal his powers. During his first battle against HARDAC however, upon realizing that he had people who cared about him, he resolved to use them to protect his friends.
Cheetor's newfound devotion to protecting others also opened his eyes to the superhero lifestyle, which he has gained a taste for due to the excitement it provides. As such, he strives towards becoming a hero in his own right, which is exemplified in the superhero nicknames he comes up for himself. While he sees his heroics as chances to get some thrills in other his peaceful lifestyle, Cheetor is nonetheless motivated by a strong desire to use his powers for good and help people out with them. However, his inexperience as a hero prompts him to act rather reckless and rush into chances to prove himself without an actual plan in mind.

Chaos Speed: Cheetor possesses the power to move around at supersonic speed. Due to such speed, he can move fast enough to create blurry afterimages that appear in several places at once to the human eye, run along walls, and even generate tornadoes by running around in circles. He can even reach such speeds that his entire surroundings either freeze or slow down considerably from his perspective; even bullets appear to come to a near stand-still to him. As a side-effect of this ability, Cheetor also has a super-fast pulse rate, even while unconscious.
Superhuman Brain/Thought Processing: Cheetor is even capable of thinking and processing information at super speed, being capable of reading through a meter-high stack of comics in about a second.
Superhuman Durability: Cheetor boasts high durability as an extraterrestrial, having survived a near point-blank explosion caused by one of HARDAC’s Botniks without any notable injuries.
Bio-Electrical Energy: Another aspect of Cheetor's power is his ability to generate bio-electromagnetic energy. This power is linked to his emotional state. If he feels extreme emotions, Cheetor will start generating yellow energy that causes his fur and eyes to glow yellow and his body to unleash surges of energy akin to lightning bolts. These energies are so vast that, should Cheetor release this energy, he can unleash an electromagnetic pulse that can cover areas as large as the entire mileage between Feldara and Xybertropolis (5,000 square miles). Conversely, should Cheetor harness these energies for himself, they seem to bolster his already impressive speed and empower his attacks. If Cheetor’s fur strands are separated from him, they will retain some of the energy he creates and react to Cheetor's emotional state from a distance; the energy output from these strands is astronomical, with even one of them possessing unlimited power. Cheetor can also drain this power from his separated quills by literally pulling the energy out of them, although they will eventually regain their power. Initially, Cheetor had no control of the energies he could generate, being capable of only summoning them during moments of extreme stress and anger. During his clash with HARDAC with his Silver Sentry however, Cheetor gained complete control over his energy-based power, allowing him to properly harness it.
Electrical Discharge: Cheetor is able to use his speed in a circle and use himself as a living lightning rod to direct the electrical energy he shoots and discharges like a lightning bolt.
Flash Jump: A kind of Quick Step ninja move that enables him to be almost in one place in a combat situation, similar to teleportation only it’s about 10 feet, making it easy to set up a bomb and then jump out of there.

Bio-Charge Backpack: Cheetor designed it to store energy on his back and blasters, but also for RIVET, and it also comes with a power charger reader as a chestplate armor piece for him to see. It will glow bright blue when signalling a full charge.
RIVET: RIVET is a small drone that Cheetor was able to retinker and brought online. He actually ehlps him to get in and out of security clearances that would take computers time to open. He is a living Access Key not just to security systems, but also a ship key to jumpstart and operate it.
Battle Gauntlet: It’s durable enough for a good punch, the fingers also launch as grappling lines for halting falls or for building up swings. The elbow joint also is designed to make an Bio-Energy elbow blade for fast slash strikes while moving.
Bio-Energy Chakra Discs (x2): The discs are collapsible and only activate when Cheetor charges them. They can be used as throwing discs or melee weapons.

However, it seemed that his kindness and loyalty brought Cattlya, who had managed to sneak in with one of the Lizards, a chameleon ninja assassin named Genji. With them escaped, they manage to save the King and Jagra, with HARDAC cracking the floor with well-placed explosives, sending Cheetor, Cattlya, and Genji below the ground, and in a hidden ruins, while the Royal Family, except for the princess, believing them dead as they escaped.
With the city fallen, Cheetor and the two undergo a quest to find others like Cheetor, master his abilities, and take the fight to the Technological fortress city of Xybertropolis and HARDAC’s plan to wipe out all non-technological life on New Eden.
Personality: Although cunning and skilled in combat, Cheetor can be a bit cocky. He is the only one at the beginning to believe that technology exists. Cheetor will immediately step up to defend anyone in need, regardless of their species, proclaiming, "No one deserves to be treated like that". His compassion won the help of one of the Lizards while he and others were being held prisoner. This trait was also what caused Princess Lia to think of him as different since no one else would do what he did. But even he knows when to show compassion and to show hardened resolve.
In the beginning, Cheetor tended to be a sort of ladies man, first when trying to sound mature when meeting Lia the first time in years, seeing her as a woman. But later on, he opens more to Cattlya, realizing their feelings to one another, and becoming a couple.
Cheetor, at the start of the story, showed some resentment towards others like Tygrus as nobody would admit there’s more to the world or that due to his Tiger heritage, he can never be proven wrong; this develops into a one-sided rivalry (though Tygrus is the only one that started the rivalry and insists on it). His beliefs, however, put him at odds with his people, who had a very different ideology concerning how to lead their people, and about technology, including on their beliefs on Strength and Pride, when in doubt it starts to cause betrayal among them (Grune, Pumira, and Tabis).
Later on, it’s shown that Cheetor is a thrill-seeker who has a passion for enjoying life, he loves running fast and free, which much of his early childhood was spent doing before his powers were sealed.
Cheetor usually keeps a laid-back and easygoing demeanor. Owning to his lively spirit, Cheetor is happy about going on adventures and is always very enthusiastic about trying new things and ready to see new places. Because he is so adventurous however, being constrained can often make him impatient and uneasy, which, at one time made him unable to resist the temptation to visit the Piston Pitt.
While no stranger to worry, Cheetor is usually fearless and cool under pressure when pushed against the wall, although he can be a bit impatient in serious situations. As such, he is ready to talk back at intimidating thugs and would usually banter with HARDAC during their violent encounters. This confidence in the face of dangers has given Cheetor a mischievous sense of humor; he enjoys toying with his opposition, whether it is by verbally teasing or taunting his foes, or by playing pranks or overwhelming them using his super speed.
Cheetor always tries to be positive, even when he does not want to be, and thinks he can get out of nearly any problem with his powers. Despite this state of mind giving him a cocky attitude, a high opinion about himself, and prompting him to crack jokes in even the worst of situations though, Cheetor's ego is not to be confused with pride or arrogance, as Cheetor does not see himself as more important than others. In fact, Cheetor is very benevolent and shows a lot of friendliness towards most living things he comes in contact with; after saving a turtle from becoming road kill, Cheetor took for a ride so it could experience being fast for a change, although he accidentally traumatized it in the process. Cheetor similarly puts others before himself, refusing to put others in danger because of himself, and will risk his life to save innocent people, friends, or even animals. Even when it comes to his enemies, Cheetor is willing to rescue them when they face an otherwise unfortunate fate or injury. Though this side has a tendency to get overridden if a wrong is severely unforgivable.
After living in self-imposed exile due to his past and powers, Cheetor became low on self-esteem and aside from Cattlya, became extremely lonely and longed to make connections with real friends, with one of the things on his bucket list being to make a real friend/s. Fortunately, he eventually found a connection in Cattlya, and by extension, others like himself who weren’t cats. Due to his loneliness, Cheetor had also developed a habit of talking to himself or inanimate objects when he has no one else to talk to, which is difficult doe to his talkative nature, or when he feels alone, which at times Cattlya notes on as she remembered he had a 1-hour discussion with a sac of flour, a pot, ceramic statue, and a stuffed teddy bear on whether or not who would win in a fight: A Tiger or a Hyena.
Cheetor is highly protective of his powers. After causing so much distraction and the fact that they could warrant the wrong kind of attention, a traumatized and worried Cheetor was willing to spend years running away and living in hiding, much to his own frustration and sadness, so that no one would discover him and try to steal his powers. During his first battle against HARDAC however, upon realizing that he had people who cared about him, he resolved to use them to protect his friends.
Cheetor's newfound devotion to protecting others also opened his eyes to the superhero lifestyle, which he has gained a taste for due to the excitement it provides. As such, he strives towards becoming a hero in his own right, which is exemplified in the superhero nicknames he comes up for himself. While he sees his heroics as chances to get some thrills in other his peaceful lifestyle, Cheetor is nonetheless motivated by a strong desire to use his powers for good and help people out with them. However, his inexperience as a hero prompts him to act rather reckless and rush into chances to prove himself without an actual plan in mind.

Chaos Speed: Cheetor possesses the power to move around at supersonic speed. Due to such speed, he can move fast enough to create blurry afterimages that appear in several places at once to the human eye, run along walls, and even generate tornadoes by running around in circles. He can even reach such speeds that his entire surroundings either freeze or slow down considerably from his perspective; even bullets appear to come to a near stand-still to him. As a side-effect of this ability, Cheetor also has a super-fast pulse rate, even while unconscious.
Superhuman Brain/Thought Processing: Cheetor is even capable of thinking and processing information at super speed, being capable of reading through a meter-high stack of comics in about a second.
Superhuman Durability: Cheetor boasts high durability as an extraterrestrial, having survived a near point-blank explosion caused by one of HARDAC’s Botniks without any notable injuries.
Bio-Electrical Energy: Another aspect of Cheetor's power is his ability to generate bio-electromagnetic energy. This power is linked to his emotional state. If he feels extreme emotions, Cheetor will start generating yellow energy that causes his fur and eyes to glow yellow and his body to unleash surges of energy akin to lightning bolts. These energies are so vast that, should Cheetor release this energy, he can unleash an electromagnetic pulse that can cover areas as large as the entire mileage between Feldara and Xybertropolis (5,000 square miles). Conversely, should Cheetor harness these energies for himself, they seem to bolster his already impressive speed and empower his attacks. If Cheetor’s fur strands are separated from him, they will retain some of the energy he creates and react to Cheetor's emotional state from a distance; the energy output from these strands is astronomical, with even one of them possessing unlimited power. Cheetor can also drain this power from his separated quills by literally pulling the energy out of them, although they will eventually regain their power. Initially, Cheetor had no control of the energies he could generate, being capable of only summoning them during moments of extreme stress and anger. During his clash with HARDAC with his Silver Sentry however, Cheetor gained complete control over his energy-based power, allowing him to properly harness it.
Electrical Discharge: Cheetor is able to use his speed in a circle and use himself as a living lightning rod to direct the electrical energy he shoots and discharges like a lightning bolt.
Flash Jump: A kind of Quick Step ninja move that enables him to be almost in one place in a combat situation, similar to teleportation only it’s about 10 feet, making it easy to set up a bomb and then jump out of there.

Bio-Charge Backpack: Cheetor designed it to store energy on his back and blasters, but also for RIVET, and it also comes with a power charger reader as a chestplate armor piece for him to see. It will glow bright blue when signalling a full charge.
RIVET: RIVET is a small drone that Cheetor was able to retinker and brought online. He actually ehlps him to get in and out of security clearances that would take computers time to open. He is a living Access Key not just to security systems, but also a ship key to jumpstart and operate it.
Battle Gauntlet: It’s durable enough for a good punch, the fingers also launch as grappling lines for halting falls or for building up swings. The elbow joint also is designed to make an Bio-Energy elbow blade for fast slash strikes while moving.
Bio-Energy Chakra Discs (x2): The discs are collapsible and only activate when Cheetor charges them. They can be used as throwing discs or melee weapons.
