Hell YES, finish this! Self-confidence be damned, I wish I were this good with just a WiP!
I don't see where the street ruins it at all. Do 2 versions, one wit and one wit'out, put 'em both up and let The Teeming Millions decide which they like better
And definitely make sure Fender sees 'em. Don't be shy, this has the makings of a REALLY good banner
