Nice sequence with a wholesome ending
I've seen in the original someone say
"A wish for a big girlfriend, fulfilled by magicking a girlfriend for the wisher, can be foiled by the girlfriend later leaving. This way, a big girlfriend will be guaranteed no matter what."
If in the end thing don't work out, no big deal, you are the girlfriend, guess the new boyfriend would be around the next corner.
But... does it mean you are limited to being just a big girlfriend? .... Girlfriendzoned !

Ah nice to see there is a supposed continuation, many TF sequences feel pretty much "hey you enjoyed this TF ? good, but there's nothing more, that was just a random thougth . Now let's pretend it never happenned or has 0 repercussions, the end"
Than the continuation happen one day, it's an other thing, hope to see it happen, else.... well too bad.

I wouldn't say I saw it a THE interpretation, but more like one possibility among many (even among the "girlfriendzoned" idea I see several possibilities). No doubt what you envisionned is probably different, safe bet would be more something like a wholesome "1 years later : this isn't exactly what I wished for, but now I don't regret this change" or something more random.
