So when Thunder was just a wee kit, she didn’t have those cool lightning markings she has now. She got her sorcerous awakening when she got stuck on the mountain she liked to climb and hit by Toranax’s lightning, and that’s when these swirly-whirls changed over to jagged bolts.

She was also a tiny terror. Catfolk in Ulei’Var (known as Maorin, to not infringe on the Tabaxi copyright) are born as twins; between her and her twin brother, she got every inch of Mama’s hellraiser streak. Oh sure I drew her cute but she was up in all the trouble as a kitten. Last Axia session the crew talked about what they were going to see in Kuman’Tai, Thunder’s home, and she mentioned that they WILL see young Maorin running around in just their fur. Something about “You all try and put pants on a squirmy kitten!”

She would know! She was that kitten who refused pants! xD
