What happens when you combine two well-known video characters together? I guess it depends.
For this one was an interesting one to do. They are a combination of a Blue-eyes White Dragon and a Jolteon (Shiny)

Wasn't 100% sure about the hair(?) but it seems like I managed to pull it off.
The eye could've been better, for those that have seen what I can do.
But overall. I think I did a decent job of it.
