The hyrax girl seems almost out of place among the opulence and noise echoing in the main hall. Just when the chaos reaches a crescendo, the quiet young lady notices Linette leaning by the wall nearby. The chipmunk smiles kindly and presses a finger to her lips, eyes twinkling.
"I just can't abide an occasion full of nothing but rowdy partygoers, can you? I find I quite require a few lovely wallflowers to temper the mood..."
She winks and before the hyrax can fully raise her mask to look at the woman, Linette has slipped away again.
