Here’s a tasty little number of a dessert that I whipped up at the cottage this weekend!

Here’s how I did it:

1-heated bbq to 400f
2-quartered 4 apples and placed in a aluminum tray
3-sprinkled on raisins and cinnamon for flavour then covered with double layer of tin-foil wrap
4-set tray in bbq and cooked until apples were golden brown and raisins are lightly burnt
5-remove from bbq to cool and serve with favourite ice cream
6-Enjoy!
