I had the luck of being online at the right time and seeing Moyagi was open for a chibi commission and I LEAPT ON THAT SO FAST! I don't usually care for chibis but gosh I wanted something from him! As was expected, I was rewarded for my fervor, LOOK AT THIS!

Chibis usually aren't my thing, but I do enjoy letting people play around with proportions and features with them, it's often a good time to just do something silly or experiment. Moyagi ended up giving her more paw like hands and feet, and honestly it's pretty adorable!

I really love this outfit too, it's like a mixture of 80's style plus some fancy old-timey stuff and a little bit of cutesy casual modern! The layers on the skirt are so lovely here, and the frills on the...whatever the thing worn on the chest is called >.> I really love the cutesy hair clip and little bows for the hair though!!

This style is SO cute! It was fun getting to watch this get drawn as well ♥ This ended up getting a little bit extra special treatment via some shading since Penelope is so simple color-wise. This isn't the first time that someone has drawn her for a flat commission and been like "...Yeah I'm just going to add some shading for free, I don't feel right stopping here." XD
