I think I'm going to use this to give anyone I commission to draw him a choice of what to make his mouth look like.

Yeah this was when I was experimenting with what I wanted under there.
And I eventually came to the conclusion that because he's a sort of brain eating eldritch horror, I've decided that canonically what someone observes under the tentacles is whatever the person viewing it would find the most upsetting/disturbing
